Orion Cycles is a registered business selling electric bicycles and accessories online. We are fully registered and operating in compliance with all applicable consumer and trading regulations.
Why we started
Orion Cycles started in 2026 when our founder — a daily commuter tired of expensive, unreliable bikes — decided to source quality eBikes directly and make them available at fair prices. We're a small, passionate operation and we're proud of that. Every order is handled personally.
We are just getting started, but our commitment to honest pricing, clear product information, and responsive customer care is already fully in place from day one.
Our product range
Orion Cycles specializes in electric bikes designed for commuting, leisure riding, and outdoor adventures. Our collection includes a variety of electric bikes that combine performance, comfort, and reliability to help riders travel with confidence and convenience. All bikes we sell meet UK EPAC (Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle) regulations and are road-legal. We source from reputable, established manufacturers and every listing includes full, accurate specifications.

Returns & refunds
We offer a 30-day return window on unused items in original packaging. Faulty or incorrectly described items are collected at our expense. Refunds are processed within 7 business days. Full policy is available on our Returns page.

Standard UK delivery: 3–7 business days. All bikes are dispatched assembled or with clear setup instructions. Fully tracked. Delivery charges (if any) are shown clearly at checkout before payment.

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa. All prices displayed include VAT where applicable, with no hidden charges. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay.
Regulatory compliance
All electric bikes we sell comply with UK EPAC regulations (maximum 250W motor, pedal assistance only up to 15.5mph). We do not sell illegal or non-compliant eBikes. All products display accurate legal descriptions. We comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
